Just do it! Good morning my fellow Christian warriors! Do everything without grumbling and arguing. (Philippians 2:14 NIV) Another version says to do everything without murmuring and disputing. In other words, (In the words of NIKE) Just Do It! Better yet, be quiet while you do. My friend it's the beginning of a new work week for many of us; for others, it's just another Monday morning. We can be ever so grateful, "Thank you God, it's morning!" If by chance we're ungrateful, we might say or think, "Good God, it's morning!" Gratitude will make for a more positive outlook on things, and the Lord will be pleased with our attitude. Having more energy will also accompany a good attitude. Have you ever noticed an air of negative energy, heaviness, joyless spirit when there's an air or attitude of being grumpy? I cannot even imagine the Lord's lot on His way to endure His most horrendous painful physical suffering and death on the cross had He done so in a Sea of Complaints. Today whether we're in our ideal job or not, enjoy great health or not, have wonderful relationships or not; nice car, home clothes or not, let's make sure we carry our hearts and minds in a manner that exemplifies the fruit of the spirit. We gotta Just do it! Our complaints of wrong and the desire for better may be legitimate, but it's best to not complain. That's Bible. We can ask the Lord for solutions and endurance. We can be like David; remember past successes, and bring the giant down using our weapons. Prayer, meditation, and faith in God are all powerful weapons. They can stamp out fear, anger, bitterness, control issues, shame, and blame. We'll experience peace, love, and joy. As Christians we can, Just do it! Today I will. How about you? You know as Christians, we are more than a conqueror & we have got the power!
