There are no do overs in life; that is, if we say something that is better left unsaid; well, once the words leave our mouth, they are out. They cannot be retrieved. They cannot be erased, but we can apologize, repent and confess; all the while hoping for the person to forgive us, and expecting God's forgiveness and amazing grace. My fellow Christian warriors, have you ever gone to war with your mouth? Maybe you want to defeat or get back at the offender. You want to get back at this "mouse." Maybe someone assaulted your spiritual house. Angry vicious words have never been known to heal. In fact, angry vicious words can kill; now that Bible. Life and death are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Proverbs 18: 21. In Luke 6:45 it says a good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks. So suffice it to say, we must be careful where we allow our mind to roam. We all make mistakes, but we do not have to live in a constant state of negative energy. So listen, when folks are slippery, often saying hurtful things and there's a need to address; believe them when they inform you of who they are. Life is no dress rehearsal, and you deserve the best. When such things happen, a little anxiety may hit. Pray for peace, pray for answers. The Lord may or may not answer quick. But whatever you do, hold on. Remember we are Special to God. We are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation. We deserve to be treated with respect, and to treat others with respect. As always, we are more than a conqueror. We got the power!
