Ministry Purpose:
To serve the spiritual and physical needs of our congregation and community by providing a form of relief.
Ministry Responsibilities:
To carry out God's Word to the fullest which includes giving of one's resources (Acts 4:32, Acts 4:35-37, Matt. 25:35).
Food Store: Provide food to the hungry and homeless people.
Food Purchase: Keep food pantry stocked.
Bereavement: Assist families during the loss of a loved one by offering assistance with obituary, serving food, etc.
Sick & Shut-In Visitation: Plan weekly visitations of sick members.
Nursing Home Visitation: Plan weekly visitation of members in nursing homes.
Medication & Home Care: Provide assistance to those in need of medication or home care.
Family Losses (fires, storms damage, etc.): Help families that experience tragedies in any way we can.
